How It Works

1. Order is made.

Order number and Customer Name and Mobile are uploaded to the cloud.

2. Placing order in SecurePik

Use our progressive web app on tablet or phone to enter order number and  the slot number on theSecurePik.

3. Customer Notification.

Customer will get a text message that their order is ready at the store location and slot number.

4. Customer Picks Up

At the the pick up location the customer will respond to the text message and the order will be unlocked.
